What Lawyers List is

An informational guide to law firms in large cities of the United States, organized by area of law. It is put together from public information (what each firm publishes on its website and official channels, and what its clients say about it) and from our own selection criteria. Lawyers List is not a law firm and not a lawyer referral service. It gives no legal advice, does not recommend a particular lawyer, books no consultations and takes no part in hiring anyone.

How the site is funded

Income comes from the Pro and Top plans that some listed firms buy at a fixed yearly or monthly price, and both are always labeled. Firms never pay us a share of their fees or an amount per client. The site shows no third-party ads.

Hosting

The site is hosted on the network of Cloudflare, Inc., a company based in San Francisco, California, which also protects it.

Names and marks

Firm names, logos and the names of bar associations or courts that appear on the site belong to their owners. Mentioning them does not mean they endorse the site or that the site endorses them.

Use of the site is also covered by the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use published here. Nothing in this notice limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your state.
